Me Time

While you feel so exhausted and tired for everything, don’t be angry. 
It just a part of life dynamic that should you pass away and finish. You only need to have some distance from your daily life awhile. And after that try to stay close with your nature.
Can you feel the oxygen that you breathed?
Can you hear the sound of animal around you like birds, insects, and another animal?

Can you see how green the trees around you and how blue your sky?
Can you see how bright the sun shine?
Enjoy your time and everything around you
Let every part of your body relax

Take a rest Dear! Take your time! 
Do whatever you love, or the last choice is love whatever you do
It makes you happier than just burning up for everything
Face your activities with beautiful smile 
You know that you are what you think you are
Every bad things today, just pass those.....
When night comes, close your eyes and pray
Believe that when sunshine comes, the day will be better and brighter
